Terms of Service

These terms govern paid services purchased from Navarrete Fernandez Jose (the "Provider"). Engaging the Provider for any service implies acceptance of these terms unless a separate written agreement supersedes them.

1. Scope and quotes

Service prices listed on the site are starting points. Each engagement is scoped in writing (email or PDF estimate) with a fixed price or hourly rate, payment terms, and timeline. Work begins after the customer accepts the estimate in writing.

2. Payment

Payments are processed via Viva Wallet (PSP regulated by the Bank of Greece, EU-passported). For fixed-price engagements a 50% deposit is required to start, with the balance due on delivery. Hourly engagements are billed monthly with 14-day terms. Late payment incurs interest at the legal rate plus a fixed EUR 40 recovery fee per French Code de commerce art. L441-10.

3. Deliverables and ownership

Source code and design assets produced under a paid engagement transfer to the customer once the final invoice is paid in full. The Provider retains the right to display anonymous case-study summaries on this site unless a non-disclosure agreement says otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. The customer pays for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

5. Limitation of liability

The Provider's total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid by the customer for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limoges, France, after a good-faith attempt at amicable resolution.
