Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid services purchased from Navarrete Fernandez Jose (the "Provider") via navarretedev.com. It complements — does not replace — the Terms of Service.

1. Business customers (B2B)

Most engagements are between the Provider and a business customer. For B2B, French law does not impose a statutory cooling-off period. Refunds are governed by the contract:

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Viva Wallet. Bank processing typically takes 3–10 business days. The Provider does not charge cancellation fees beyond what is stated above.

5. Disputes

  1. First, email info@navarretedev.com — most disputes resolve directly within 5 business days.
  2. If unresolved, consumers may contact the Médiateur national du commerce (free mediation service for French commerce).
  3. As a last resort, the courts of Limoges, France have jurisdiction.

Card chargebacks: customers retain the right to dispute the transaction through their issuing bank under EU PSD2 / cardholder protection rules. The Provider cooperates with all legitimate chargeback investigations.
